The Work
The Tactical Facility Manager at Lockheed Martin's Moorestown, New Jersey location will be responsible for:
• Planning, designing and overseeing the construction, reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of facility equipment interfacing to Radar Equipment .
• Understanding the requirements of International Building Codes as well as government Uniform Facilities Criteria (UFC)
• Coordinating with architecture/engineering across all disciplines and/or independent firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings and equipment specifications.
• Providing Labor and Material cost estimating for all aspects of construction, both direct and Indirect costs
• Schedules Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities to satisfy program Milestones (Primavera or MS Project)
• Inspecting construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Interfacing with Government customer to develop Facility requirements to satisfy program objectives.
• Preparing monthly Cost and Schedule program tracking updates. Candidate must be familiar with EVMS (CPI, SPI, etc.)
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

A level 4 employee is typically senior-career and has 10+ years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
• BS Degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years design work at an architecture / engineering firm or EPC Contractor with min 5 years as a Project Engineer
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD security clearance at the SECRET level
Desired Skills:
• Professional Engineers Licensure
• Current/Active Secret Clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
