The Opportunity

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting our parts facilities that utilize the SAP Customer Relationship Management Billing & Global Trade Services modules within the Product Support & Logistics Division. You will perform various assignments to resolve system issues, drive root cause corrective actions, provide business requirements to solve business problems through system and process enhancements, and improve operational efficiencies for the various activities at our parts facilities.

Job Duties

Provide leadership guidance and production support for existing parts facilities by:

• Investigating and resolving customer system and process issues & inquiries

• Driving root cause corrective action is taken with process and IT support teams

• Creating and providing training to end users

• Develop and execute testing for system fixes and enhancements

• Providing off-shift support

• Prepare and lead meetings with facility superusers, preparing agenda, documenting issues and follow-up on tasks and assignments

• Participate in system conversion projects, providing leadership and guidance on support conversation activities

• Ensure compliance with SOx controls

• Work with cross functional business and IT teams

• Lead ongoing transformation and other initiatives as a business analyst

Basic Requirements:

• Hold a relevant degree (Business or Technical) or 3+ years of progressively complex experience

• Comprehensive knowledge of and experience executing project management methodologies and techniques

• Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal, teaming, leadership, follow through and attention to detail skills

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

• Technical experience in data analysis/analytics, SQL, and reporting development

• General SAP experience and more specifically with Billing, Pricing & Global Trade Services

• Process and system improvement experience

• Inbound/Outbound Shipping and/or Trade Compliance experience

• Sets challenging targets and prioritizes to achieve results skills

• Has good business and judgment skills
