Job Summary:

Manages aftermarket profitability staff, projects, research and support activities for ICS component product groups.

What You Will Do:

• Partner closely with Global Pricing, procurement, and product engineering teams to optimize profitability on ICS Components

  • Hydraulic Cylinders & Rods

  • Hydraulic Valves and Piece Parts

  • Pumps & Motors

  • Electronics

• Collaborate with Product Line Lifecycle clients to achieve profitability & revenue targets negotiated through Service Level Agreements

• Partner with BU Accountants and FSD Representatives to quantify benefits vs investment for ICS Aftermarket Growth through the central “Mission Control” system.

• Direct Caterpillar IT resources to develop/enhance a portfolio of systems that enable visibility to growth opportunities.

• Lead monthly lean reviews to track, govern and adjust as needed efforts critical to deliver on commitments.

• Review metrics across the value chain (Procurement to Sales-to-Users) to ensure understanding of leading and lagging indicators that may impact our ability to achieve targets and update business strategy as needed.

• Participate as Stakeholder on key Aftermarket Growth projects to ensure alignment and replicate best practices.

• Provide leadership and performance management to staff and monitors department processes and activities.

• Develop department goals for profitability improvements, project scheduling and support; monitors projects to help team meet goals.

Education Requirement:

The location for this position is Mossville, IL.

Domestic relocation assistance is available for this position.

Summary Pay Range:

$169,320.00 - $253,920.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
