Overview of the Team

Team provides global frontline support to our dealers, industries and various internal business partners for most activities related to the order to cash cycle and relative processes. This includes council for proper legal entity application and transaction flow guidance to ensure all orders and subsequent shipments and invoices are trade compliant and structured to properly flow to downstream accounting and recognize revenue per Master Title Transfer Agreement (MTTA) and Engine Distribution Agreement (EDA). Provide Industry support with management and oversight of their regional stock accounts and internal pipeline. Manage Internal, Dealer communications and training on systems and related processes.

  • Managing a global Team overseeing order fulfillment activities across E&T to support our Dealers and Customers.

  • Provide excellent support/service to meet the needs of our Dealers and Customers.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Developing and executing risk assessments of order fulfillment to ensure that all sites follow established policies and procedures.

  • Managing the development, implementation and maintenance of order fulfillment policies and procedures.

  • Managing a Global Team to ensure development and prepare them to move into the E&T Industry Teams or other areas across Caterpillar.

  • Continue to pursue simplified and standardized processes that enhances the order to delivery experience.

Summary Pay Range:

$156,000.00 - $234,000.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
