Job Summary:

In this role, you will lead a team as a Project Manager to develop goals, milestones, priorities, metrics, and execution plans. Your team will monitor customer feedback, compliance, and project performance, ensuring that safety and sustainability goals are integrated. Your innovative recommendations for high quality work will help ensure customer satisfaction and will support new business development. #LI-JL1

Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the planning, staffing, control, and management of assigned projects or functional areas

• Develops and implements strategies meant to assist the business in meeting goals and objectives in the most efficient manner possible

• Provides counsel, guidance, and assistance in area of specialty

• Sets and manages project/workstream expectations

• Evaluates and recommends changes to policies or procedures

• Serves as a liaison between project teams, external clients, or other functional areas of the organization

• Ensures work is completed on time and within established quality standards and provides reports to internal and external clients and/or project/functional sponsors

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 18+ years of relevant experience or 22+ years of relevant work experience

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge of all phases of development from initial development through execution and project handover.

• Experience of managing and negotiating major contracts in the utilities sector.

• Understanding of pumped storage hydro design and interface, including:

• Underground mining works,

• OEM (turbine and generator); and

• Balance of plant.

• Experience and understanding of FERC approval and similar regulatory approvals.

• Proven experience in establishing, team and motivating diverse teams.
