The Assistant Rooms Manager is responsible for assisting in the oversight of the entire rooms operations. This requires a solid understanding of housekeeping and the front office. Responsibilities may also include staff training, development and scheduling. The Assistant Rooms Manager will promote an atmosphere that insures customer and associate satisfaction.
The salary range for this position is $61,800 and $75,000. This is the pay range for this position at Alila Napa Valley reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors including experience, and education.

Previous Hyatt experience preferred
1-2 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Minimum of one year previous front office supervisory experience preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule
