Kellanova Associate Finance Director in Naperville, Illinois

If you’re passionate about collaboration, have world-class analytical skills, and are ready to bring your best to our global finance team join us as an Associate Finance Director. You will partner with our corporate business unit teams to move key business strategies forward. You’ll expertly manage a dedicated team and ensure that plans are aligned with strategic and financial objectives, demonstrating your caring and capable approach to leadership. This is a hybrid role that will be in the office Tuesday – Thursday in our Chicago, IL, Battle Creek, MI, Dublin, Ireland, or Queretaro, Mexico office.

By providing insightful financial guidance around reports, analytics, forecasts, and targets, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping us exceed key metrics and deliverables. You’ll help your functions meet budgets and grow your career by meeting new people and engaging with multiple levels of personnel throughout our company to get the job done.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Business Partnership – We believe in collaboration! In this role, you will interact with Cross-Functional Leadership to not only drive cost efficiency but also play a critical role in transforming our Global Supply Chain and Global Procurement processes.

  • Spearheading Budgeting and Forecasting – Support the planning and forecasting processes and coordinate timely execution across teams and functions. Work to identify opportunities to upgrade tools and standardize processes to continuously increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Providing Decision Support – Review and approve analysis and provide guidance and recommendations that are used for business decisions and strategy development.

  • Introducing Simplification and Automation – Identify Global opportunities to upgrade tools and standardize processes to continuously increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Investing in Personal Career Development – Participate in functional or career development training to increase knowledge and skills.

    We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or Business-related field.

  • Progressive experience in the Finance field.

  • Strong decision-making, business partnering, and communication skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to collaborate and influence.

  • Analytical experience with proven ability to forecast.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.

  • Consumer Packages Goods Experience is an asset.
