Please Note this position supports our 2 nd Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the 2 nd Shift.

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Responsible for putting together components parts or pieces adhering to specific blueprint or schematics, the job involves washing boards and making sure they are clean per process request with high quality. Involve on tear down jobs for the SMT machines as well it reworks operation. Part of this job function is to tear-down kits full of components in reals and returned them to stock. Often require putting set-up together for the SMT lines. Other skills may be integrated to this position.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

High School Diploma or GED and 1 years work experience.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $39820 - $63690

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
