BAE Systems Engineer Senior Principle II - RF Specialist in Nashua, New Hampshire

Job Description

BAE Systems - RF Capability Group is seeking a strong Senior Principal II RF/Microwave Engineer with significant experience designing Microwave hardware modules. This position requires expertise designing wideband microwave modules, including receiver front ends, tuners, up/down converters, and/or switch matrices. Candidates are expected to support all phases of development from early-stage architecture reviews through production.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • US citizen with the ability to obtain Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Scientific field and 12 years related experience

  • 10 years relevant design experience with specialization in RF, microwave, or millimeter-wave engineering

  • Fluent with Keysight ADS (preferred) or equivalent software

  • Strong communication and writing skills

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
