This position will entail working with the various product lines in performing PPV/FAI (Production Process Verification/ First Article Inspection) tasks within the Microwave Factory. This is a hands-on role that will work directly with operators and technicians to addressing and correcting process issues, along with verifying that we properly follow our processes.

Full-time onsite:

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• 1-2 years experience within manufacturing setting.

• Must have experience with a microscope and have knowledge of MIL-STD-883 and ability to interpret drawings.

• Strong communication skills.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• 3-4 years experience within a manufacturing setting.

• Lean knowledge (single piece vs batch processing) preferred.

• Familiarity with Windows based applications (comfort using computers and interacting with equipment software).

• Secret Security Clearance.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $64723 - $103557

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
