Given our continued growth, we have immediate roles available for a highly motivated Electrical Engineer to join our Transition to Production, Production Support and Sustainment team. In this role, you will have a chance to grow your skills working under subject matter experts as you support the continued production and sustainment of various complex digital, analog, and microwave circuit card assemblies, and subsystems. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cutting-edge hardware fielded on the most advanced Military Platforms.
Activities day to day will vary and may include:
Assessing design updates to existing circuit card assemblies
Conducting circuit analyses to assess performance impacts
Mentoring technicians
Working with hardware suppliers
Supporting product yield and affordability improvements
Supporting the debug of complex circuits
Supporting transition to production of new products
Working in partnership with a cross functional team to ensure on time deliveries of quality products to support the War Fighter.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
BSEE form an accredited College/University
Able to research and apply electrical engineering principles and theories to solve electrical engineering problems.
Motivated self-starter with leadership potential and ability to effectively work in a team environment
Excellent problem solving skills, judgment, and analytical capability.
Ability to close on discrete tasking in a timely manner and lead others to closure - Own the Design
Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
Able to obtain a Secret Clearance
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
MSEE form an accredited College/University
Active Secret Clearance HIGHLY PREFERRED
1 years experience working in a manufacturing environment
Experience gathering and analyzing test data to assess trends and develop yield improvement plans
CAD based schematic capture and simulation
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $61820 - $105050
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
