Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. Our Electronic Warfare integrated Manufacturing Center (EWIMC) Factory is seeking an Industrial Engineer for 1st shift at our Nashua, New Hampshire facility. The Industrial Engineer position is an exciting, dynamic and fast paced role to support factory layouts and capacity analysis within a team-based manufacturing environment.

The selected candidate:

• Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts, and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.

• May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations.

• Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.

Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or in absence of degree, 1-3 years experience.

• CAD experience/exposure.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Data analytics experience.

• Continuous improvement/ lean six sigma experience.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $56540 - $96140

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
