We are seeking an entry level Industrial Engineer to support operation processes for the EW IMC and extended factories on a variety of products and programs.The position will entail working in cross-functional teams to identify and solve industrial engineering problems though-out the business. Activities will include capacity modelling, AutoCAD floor layout design, process improvement, and various other tasks.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or comparable field or Associate's Degree with 2 years' experience

• Entry level CAD (AutoCAD preferred)

• Entry level capacity modelling experience

• Effective communication

• Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Knowledge of Lean Principles

• Microsoft office application proficiency

• Discrete event simulation modelling

• SQL, VBA, or other comparable coding experience

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $63653 - $108210

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
