BAE Systems Operations Program Manager in Nashua, New Hampshire
Job Description
Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.
As an Operations Program you will drive the procurement, build, and test for the development of a new Electronic Warfare (EW) suite of hardware for a critical defense platform. In order to accomplish this, you will be the liaison from the program office to the operations community and in charge of proactively influencing the program to drive execution and mitigate risk. You will be responsible for delivering the new products on time and under budget. This position requires an organized and flexible person to drive execution, highlight and resolve potential problems.
Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience
The right candidate would have experience in:
Operations, factory management, and procurement activities
Exposure to defense contracting environments
Exposure to bringing new hardware designs to life from early in the design cycle to full rate transition to production
Have a can-do attitude and biased to action and solving problems
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Preferred Qualifications include:
MBA or advanced degree
Experience in electronics manufacturingand procurement
Large scale development program and transition to production effort
Cost Schedule and risk management
Technical background or degree
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $112420 - $191070
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
