Looking to be part of a fast-paced, exciting, and newly formed organization focused on Microelectronics? Join the FAST Labs Microelectronics Team. We have a newly formed Product Line within FAST Labs that builds wafers and advances technology. This program/product line is seeking a Principal Program Control Analyst who will support the Thermal Sensor Portfolio located in the Lexington, MA.

This role will be performed in a hybrid format , with the individual splitting their time between working on-site in our Lexington, MA site, and remotely . Our hybrid expectation is at least 50% on-site vs remote across a 2 week pay period.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the financial reporting and day to day financial operations of the Thermal Sensors portfolio (previously the Lexington Business Center product line)

  • Monthly and Quarterly Business Review presentations to both Portfolio and Business Area Leadership

  • Preparation and maintenance of all Common Build projects and Unit Production Cost reporting

  • Development of the Integrated Business Plan with the Product Line Director and Program Team

  • Involved with cost proposals and commercial pricing exercises

  • Capital and New Business Funding reporting

  • Provide guidance to the entire portfolio to ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor s degree and 6 years of work experience or equivalent experience; alternatively, a master s degree and 4 years of work experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to develop solutions to complex problems

  • Demonstrated in-depth analytical skills

  • Experience communicating and presenting financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner

  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and lead diverse work teams

  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment

  • Understanding of program costs, revenue recognition, profit, cash and collections

  • Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures

Pursuant to a specific U.S. Government contract, selected individual must be a U.S. Person.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Ideally, experience with production-related financial analysis & reporting

  • Exp. with EACs (Estimate-at-Completion)

  • Exp. with transfers & reconciliations

  • Exp. with Oracle E-Business Suite of applications

  • Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $96470 - $164010

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
