Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. The Advanced Electronic Warfare Solutions (AEWS) product line has a growth opportunity for a senior program manager to lead a diverse team focused on all aspects of product support over multiple contracts/programs to include repairs, logistics, SW/FW upgrades, technology insertion, DMS management and working with the customer on future support strategies.

Manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes a project or collection of projects. Ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives. Measure and regularly report out on program results, including to senior leadership. Participates in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company. Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Experience with life cycle management

  • Experience integrating scope, schedule and budget for the successful execution of the programs objectives

  • Working knowledge of defense contract types and the risk associated with each

  • Ability to lead cross functional teams (ie Engineering, Finance, Operations, etc.) in the execution of complex technical tasks

  • Proven track record working with financial analysts to achieve all financial objectives for the program using Earned Value Management techniques

  • Exhibit sound interpersonal skills to interface, coordinate, and negotiate with company personnel, customers, and suppliers

  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills to interface and negotiate with and present to a variety of stakeholders including coworkers, leadership, customers, and suppliers.

  • Actively manage customer relationships to maintain a win-win of program execution and future business

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Master s degree

  • 10 years work experience with Bachelor s degree and/or equivalent experience

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent certification

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
