BAE Systems Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) business area has an exciting opportunity for a talented Program Manager to manage development programs and capture efforts for next generation Electronic Warfare capabilities. Working within the EW Development portfolio, this role is responsible for project management of a range of development opportunities inclusive of hardware development, software development, proposal and capture activity. Represents BAE Systems at senior levels across the industry and with government customers.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Successful, proven record leading and managing development programs.
A bachelor s degree in a technical or business-related discipline and a minimum of 10 years of experience leading development programs through all phases of the lifecycle.
Proven success identifying growth areas and developing new business plans aligned with the company s growth objectives. Experience leading estimation and proposal development.
Experience establishing and building customer relationships. Collaborates within and across organizational boundaries, breaking down barriers and finding common ground.
Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring skills with the ability to achieve results through others.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders.
Knowledge of Department of Defense acquisition.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
DoD Secret or Top Secret clearances preferred.
Program Management Professional (PMP) certification desired.
