In this role you will drive storytelling through strategic marketing campaigns for the sector s largest pursuits and programs within the Electronic Systems sector. You will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns for the Power & Propulsion Solutions and Controls & Avionics Solutions business areas. Partnering with key stakeholders, you will proactively drive campaigns that deliver measurable results based on key performance indicators. You will also build an in-depth knowledge of the organization s technology, innovation, and culture to inform critical projects and campaigns. As a trusted advisor, you will create, drive, and oversee strategic, integrated plans to ensure message alignment, generate leads and increase return on investment in support of business priorities.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or Marketing and at least 6 years of experience in a communications discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Required Skills:

  • Strong writing and verbal communications skills.

  • Strong relationship building, negotiation, time management and influencing skills.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Established business acumen.

  • Demonstrated track record of leading enterprise-level communications projects and campaigns.

  • In-depth knowledge of modern communications tactics, media, procedures, and concepts.

  • Must be a networker, collaborator and motivator with a strong desire to learn and grow.

  • Must work collaboratively and act as one team by supporting others to achieve our vision and fulfill our missions.

  • Ability to simultaneously initiate, prioritize, and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in all MS Office programs.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Defense or high-tech industry marketing experience preferred.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics or web analytics platforms.

  • Proficiency in digital and social media advertising platforms.

  • Exposure to email marketing and search engine optimization (SEO).

  • Exposure to Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $78760 - $133870

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
