In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA), we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability. Join our Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) operations test and manufacturing team! This position will support multiple factories in Nashua, NH including the Area 5 factory after necessary clearances have been obtained.

As a Senior Test Engineer, you will make impacts in the following ways;

  • Support manufacturing with all aspects of the test processes of electronic warfare hardware and their lower-level assemblies.

  • Provide test failure debug, resolution, and appropriate direction to operations personnel to perform necessary rework.

  • Generate rework direction in the Paperless Manufacturing Execution System (MES) based on debug findings.

  • Interface with Engineering and other supporting groups to drive defect resolution to root cause.

  • Support test equipment maintenance, including Test Solutions and Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) equipment.

  • Assist in the generation and implementation of improvements in test design, processes, and methodologies to reduce cost and increase throughput.

  • Generate and review the technical content of test procedures, drawings, engineering specifications, reports, Engineering Change Orders, and other documentation associated with the design and build of digital and RF electronic warfare products.

  • Support test equipment validation and movement as required to support factory needs.

  • Provide training / support to manufacturing personnel.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Relevant Engineering degree with 5 or more year of related work experience in engineering or test engineering capacity from a component level to full system integration level testing

  • Active Secret Clearance is required for this role

  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work cross functionally with different groups.

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.

  • Familiar with interpreting electrical diagrams, RF and digital instrumentations (i.e. network analyzers, spectrum analyzers and signal sources).

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Secret clearance

  • Electrical Engineering Degree

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $92290 - $156860

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
