Job Description:

Are you an entry-level engineer with an Electrical, Computer, Software or Mechanical Engineering degree?Do you want to design and develop test solutions and/or write test software that is mission critical and be a part of a greater cause? Then, help us protect those that protect us by developing the next generation products and test solutions. We need your talent, motivation, and vision to join our New Hampshire based team. We have multiple positions in Southern New Hampshire (our locations include Nashua, Hudson, Merrimack and Manchester).

Hybrid Working Environment:

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform work onsite, some roles may be (mostly) full time on-site. Work that can be done remotely will allow for a hybrid working environment. We offer a flexible work environment and 9/80 work schedule.

  • Specific Skill Sets We Are Looking for or looking to grow in our entry level engineers:

  • Software Skills:

  • C, C , C#, Test Stand, LabWindows/CVI, Python

  • Automated Test and Measurement Software Development

  • RF

  • Hardware Skills:

  • CAD experience (for mechanical, we use Creo and Autocad)

  • Circuit Card Design (for electrical, we use Cadence)

  • Test Measurements

  • RF

Roles Available with Typical duties (based on experience):

  • Software - Test Program Set (TPS) Developers

  • Architecting, designing, analyzing, coding and code modification (typically in C ,C#, Test Stand, Labwindows/CVI ) of test software designs for modules, systems , subsystems or of test stand systems.

  • Utilizing Test Stand and /or LabVIEW CVI based software development environments. Evaluating the test performance to required specifications and you will be integrating and testing in the selected target test environments for future use by the production organization.

  • Evaluating and debugging advanced test solution designs to identify design flaws.

  • Hardware - Test Program Set (TPS) Developers

  • Integrated Test Adapter Design and Development utilizing

  • Test CCA Design using Cadence tools

  • Fixture Design

Please note that pursuant to a government contract, the specific positions requires US citizenship status.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Completed B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related STEM field by start date in 2024.

  • Programming Languages: Experienced in C,C ,C# and/or CVI for SW roles.

  • Possess good communication skills including interpersonal communication and team communication

  • Takes initiative and has a closure-oriented nature

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Ability to research and apply engineering principles and theories to solve problems.

  • Motivated self-starter with leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Excellent problem solving skills, judgment, and analytical capability.

  • Ability to close on discrete tasking in a timely manner.

  • Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

  • General familiarization with operating test instrumentation/lab equipment

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $61820 - $105050

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
