Bridgestone Americas, Inc Delivery Lead, Everest ERP in Nashville, Tennessee

  • Deliver the multi-year ERP Program to dramatically standardize and streamline business processes and data, while reducing complexity and costs, to rationalizing the ERP portfolio across Bridgestone.

  • Establish an ERP strategic plan for the enterprise and migrate capabilities from existing ERPs to the target instances without disruption to business operations.

  • Develops comprehensive program plans that maintain alignment to scope and are accepted by the business and IT

  • Executes complex program to achieve planned objectives, time frames and expenditure levels, including specific quality assurance

  • Manages relationships and communications with program governance committee and C-Level Executives, Business Unit Presidents, and Functional Senior Leaders

  • This role has overall accountability to monitor and manage the critical path, contingencies, scope changes and budget ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of new and enhanced business capabilities that meet or exceed expectations.

  • Resolves escalated project issues in collaboration with the Lead Project Manager(s) and governance committees

  • Manages interaction and ‘touch points' between and across the organization, including Project Manage Office(s)

  • Maintains strategic business focus on program objectives

  • Collaborate with the team to build hypothesis sets, analyses, and roadmaps for solutions

  • Exhibit strong business leadership, technology acumen, and an ability to influence at all levels to achieve targeted outcomes

  • Identify potential roadblocks / obstacles and escalate issues as needed

  • Structuring and scoping complex problems and apply a range of analytical tools to develop solutions

  • Manages demand processes for new proposals with overall responsibility for steering these proposals through approval

  • Determines the priority level for business demand and convert plan into critical projects

  • Manages and coordinate key workgroups (e.g. PMO, EA etc.) and projects that execute against the long-term sustainable business strategy

  • Develops, reviews, negotiates, and prioritizes requirements with business, functional and IT stakeholders to align with business strategy and deliver value

  • Manages all aspects of the relationship between business, functional and IT stakeholders (e.g. execution review, project close)

  • Leader in consistently exhibiting and reinforcing the Bridgestone values.

  • Minimum Undergraduate Degree, MBA or an advanced degree preferred

  • 15+ years of relevant experience with a demonstrated track record of results

  • Leadership of direct or indirect teams greater than 100 individuals

  • Proven ability to deliver highly complex Programs that required significant organizational change

  • Excellent interpersonal relationship management skills with strong customer focus

  • Strong ability to blend emotional intelligence, business, and technical acumen to take decisions, reduce complexity, and resolve conflict

  • Executive-level communication experience

The role is accountable for driving the strategic direction and program management of the ERP transformation program for Bridgestone Americas. They oversee and are responsible for managing all aspects of a diverse, very complex enterprise ERP program with multiple delivery projects in parallel. This role serves as key change agent end-to-end responsibility to partner with the business unit strategies. This role will manage the development and prioritization of business demand proactively understanding strategy and objectives of business unit and functional stakeholders.
