The server assistant under the direction of the management team. The primary responsibilities include clearing and setting tables while providing exceptional service to your guests.

Duties&Functions

• Deliverprompt,excellentservicetoensureanexceptionalguestexperience

• Promptlyempty,clean,andsettables

• Clearitemswhenguestsarefinished

• Prepare, assist, and maintain all VIP reservation areas

• Assist with VIP Guest presentation to table

• Complete all guest requests in relation to service

• Ensuretablesarereadytoreceivearrivingguests

• Maintainspecificside-workandensurethetotalcleanlinessandsmoothoperationoftherestaurant

• Clearandresettables

• Communicateandassistfoodservers

• Handlecashtransactionsinaccordancewiththeproperty’scashhandlingpolicy

• Basicknowledgeoffoodandbeveragepreparation,servicestandardsandguestrelationsandetiquette

• Knowledgeofappropriatetablesettings,servicewareandmenuitems

• Maintainscurrentknowledgeofhotelculture,amenities,andservices,eventsinthearea,pointsofinterest,and services in the area

• Allothertasksanddutiesasassigned

● Atleastoneyearofexperienceinarestaurantbusserrole

● Mustbeableto liftupto75pounds.

● Hotelexperiencepreferred
