Compensation: $23.40-$24.40/hr

Principal Accountabilities

  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

  • Ensuring food safety and quality processes are being followed

  • Working with and assisting operations teams daily

  • Working with team members to ensure department cleanliness and housekeeping needs

  • Represent the department by reflecting Cargill’s core behaviors in your day-to-day actions as a leader in your department

Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Work in a cold to warm environment

  • Ability to read and understand/interpret manuals, procedures and policies in English

  • Ability to write and document information on forms

  • Ability to audit documentation to determine compliance with determined criteria

  • Ability to audit processes to determine compliance with determined criteria

  • Ability to inspect facilities to determine compliance with determined criteria

  • Ability to perform electronic data entry into various computer platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous production or Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory experience
