Hyatt Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in NEW BRUNSWICK, New Jersey

Description:

The responsibilities for this position could include, but is not limited to, assisting in managing all food/beverage outlets within the hotel. May be responsible for staffing, scheduling, and training of staff as well as coordinating special events.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years prior F&B experience required.

  • 2 years of supervisory experience required.

  • Open schedule and flexible

  • Flexible schedule (including weekends and bank holidays)

  • Organizing and task management skills

  • Eye for detail and understanding

  • Efficacy and stress-resistant during rush time
