J&J Procurement has the vision to step change the supplier experience with J&J. Supplier collaboration is one of the key elements to enhance true E2E Collaboration within the value chain including suppliers and therefore to improve customer experience.

This position will be accountable and responsible to lead the deployment of program with a cross-functional team and in very close collaboration with buiness partners and Sponsors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Is the Business Process Owner of the supplier collaboration capability representing the “voice of the customer”

  • Leads the cross-functional project team providing direction and feedback

  • Leads the program governance, status reporting, project risk management

  • Leads change management, communication and adoption of the newly deployed capabilities

  • Drives the vision, strategy, develops and leads the details roadmap and business value

  • Leads and partners with IT to develop and maintain the Product Technology Roadmap

  • Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing features, optimizing cost and ensuring business process efficiency

  • Maintain a healthy and prioritized product backlog with appropriately sized epics and stories to ensure availability of a steady flow of requirements

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent University degree is required. Preferred Area of Study: Supply Chain, Procurement Engineering, Science, Business complemented by MBA or other Master's qualification

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • A minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably inside and outside Procurement

  • A strong track record of program/project management and experience in standards and best practices' design

  • Experience in Supply Chain as well as Supply Chain Procurement

  • A demonstrated track record to successfully lead complex, cross-functional process/digital programs

  • Prior success in the implementation of Capability Framework/Strategies

  • Must have track record of effectively leading and influencing within a global matrix environment across multiple businesses and initiatives

  • Strong business and finance acumen, deep understanding of managing for impact in a highly complex multi-application, multi-function environment

  • Must be able to partner effectively and influence at all levels including senior leadership outside the function and outside J&J; demonstrated engagement and facilitation skills at most senior level (VP and above)

Preferred:

  • Industry Experience: Life Sciences, Med Technology, FMCG

  • Proficiency in Advanced Desktop software (e.g MS Project), Finance and ERP/equivalent and CRM Platforms

Other:

  • This position is a duration-based role and anticipated duration may conclude at, prior to, or after 24 months (based on business needs) from one’s start date in this role

  • Requires up to 5% domestic and international travel

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $137,000-$235,750
