Johnson & Johnson Global Trade Controls (GTC) is recruiting for a Global Trade Controls Co-Op Summer / Fall 2025. The position will be located in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

Role Overview:
Program Controls & Compliance: Support the document management system. This includes managing document (SOPs) updates, cataloging supplier documents (SOPs), training, and compliance monitoring.
Operational Excellence: Use program analytics, performance dashboards, and monitoring to develop operational insights to improve program and supplier performance; effectively communicate and manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure program execution.
Team Execution: support key areas of our organization, including execution of daily tasks, training, metrics, etc.

Qualifications:
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Candidate must be actively enrolled in an accredited University for the duration of a co-op assignment pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master of Science and/or MBA and not graduating before July 11th, 2025
Minimum GPA of 3.0 is required
Completion of Undergraduate Freshmen year at accredited University is required
Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills is required
Excellent communication, presentation skills and leadership skills are preferred
Ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives while executing results
Must be a self-starter who works independently while contributing to the team goals
Proven leadership/participation with campus programs and/or community service activities is desired
Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$22 per hour to $51.50 per hour
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The anticipated base pay for this position is between $22 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. This position is overtime eligible. Intern/Co-ops may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, holiday pay, and the Company’s consolidated retirement plan in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. Housing stipend will be offered for those that qualify. This position is ineligible for severance.
