Reporting to the Head of Global Flexible Work Strategy, this position will provide day-to-day expertise and direction in benefit matters that span the entire range of a corporate benefits programs, with specfic emphasis supporting J&J’s enterprise global flexible work strategy and operational design (“J&J Flex”).
Responsibilities:
Support J&J Flex program strategy evolution towards steady state and operational success across Global Services, IT, and Insights & Analytics
Monitor routine reporting and digital platform requirements to shape program insights & decision-making
Collaborate directly with Global Services team to implement program process improvements and elevate employee experience
Lead Global Benefits insights & analytics workstreams, including internal data sources and external/industry benchmarking
Support education materials & employee resource content development across intranet, employee communications, and program messaging platforms
Managing the implementation of new policies, programs, and plan design changes, as well as their integration with existing administrative systems.
Overseeing development and implementation of comprehensive communication programs and materials for new and existing plans/programs leveraging print, web and others.
Managing the systems / technology to support plan and program administration and operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in human resource management, business administration or related field.
8 years of human resources and/or healthcare business experience.
Strong digital & data analytic skills.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and navigating complex business problems to produce streamlined deliverables
Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership audiences.
Flexible and adaptable with the ability to sustain superior performance in a detail-oriented, fast-paced, time deadline driven environment.
Strong project management skills with experience on large, complex projects.
Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills/ability to interact effectively both internally and externally at all levels.
Experience managing vendors with knowledge and understanding of vendors’ operations, processes, policies and procedures and the ability to read and interpret contracts and administrative service agreements preferred.

The base pay range for this position is $113,000- $195,500
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
