The Operations Manager will have oversight of the front office colleagues, cash control for agents, staffing needs, and guest services. Additional responsibilities may include training, staff development and scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills

  • Minimum of one year previous front office supervisory experience preferred

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule

Compensation

The anticipated compensation range is $64,350 - $79,400 annually. The annual salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
