Pfizer Pfizer Connect Enablement Director in New York City, New York

Our vision is to develop Pfizer Connect into an industry leading capability designed to meet our customers where they are by deploying innovative approaches to increase brand awareness, knowledge and understanding of our products, while enhancing our relationships and relevance with our customer base, ultimately leading to increased revenues. Working with the Pfizer Connect Leadership team, this leader will be accountable of creating a roadmap of transformation and capabilities, and supporting it with insights and strategies.


  • Leverage Insights, Strategies, and Initiatives , to create implementation strategies across People/Process/Tools within Pfizer Connect Outbound and Inbound centers

  • Partner with the Pfizer Connect LT to recommend strategies and tactics that drive impact and improve business KPIs

  • Manage on-the-ground transformation projects with cross-functional teams (e.g. Operations, Digital, Learning & Development, HR)

  • Lead the development and management of Pfizer Connect culture through linking behaviors to business outcomes, supporting communities of practice, and partnering with HR on initiatives

  • Partner with LT and HR on best practices of employee engagement and community building

  • Monitor transformation success within the Pfizer Connect organization and proactively suggest actions to accelerate sustainable change

  • Provide a roadmap for talent and skill development for best-in-class commercial outcomes and customer experience

  • Act as a change agent by pairing knowledge of cross-industry best practices with an understanding of Pfizer Connect inherent strengths and legacies

  • Advocate on behalf of sustainable change by identifying processes or technologies that can create and sustain the momentum of transformation

  • Lead and participate in various strategic and operational initiatives with a startup mentality and can-do attitude


  • BA/BS Degree required

  • 10 years of experience; less with advanced degree

  • Organizational transformation experience a must, customer-centric org transformation preferred

  • Experience in translating strategy into day-to-day tactical steps and creating frameworks for measuring success

  • Top-notch listening and influencing skills

  • Proven experience of driving organizational change (incl. upskilling, talent mapping, incentive design)

  • Effective and deliberate presentation and communication style

  • Visual story-telling experience

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based matrix environment with multiple stakeholders and competing needs

  • Demonstrated success in prior roles requiring informal leadership and influence in transformative projects/initiatives

  • Experience building communities and shaping organizational culture


  • MBA and/or consulting experience preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple teams / functions at Pfizer, both field and HQ-based

  • Experience designing and using transformation and measurement frameworks
