Pfizer US Comirnaty Integrated Data Lead in New York City, New York


Pfizer and BioNTech's COVID vaccine (COMIRNATY)isFDA approved in the U.S for ages 16+ and transitioning from Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) to commercial launch for other age groups. The U.S. launch is critical to the future success of our Vaccines BU. In addition, COVID has multiple future launches in the U.S. including pediatric & boosters.

The individual in this role will be accountable to help us transform ourgo-to-market strategies by developing an integrated data hub providing stakeholders withrelevantMedicalcontentsourced from our own clinical trial data, sponsored partner research andreal-world-evidencethatsupports a clear, compelling narrative. With this work, there is an opportunity to provide adistinctivecustomer experience with a holistic digitaldata hub, building on Pfizer's investments inPfizerProand Bold Move 3.3. This role will drive the planning and implementation work for Comirnaty's datahub by leading a cross-functionalteam. This role will report to Caleb Hart, USG Partnership and Integrated Data Lead.


  • Advance the vision for the future direction of the Integrated Data Hub for Comirnaty, building a clean, streamlinednarrative and body of evidence for HCPs and stakeholders that is aligned with our strategy

  • Create a holistic project plan to build the Integrated Data Hub, identifying interdependencies with Medical,PfizerProandBold Move 3.3team deliverables, key milestones and critical path to launch

  • Manage & coordinate activities across Comirnaty,PfizerPro,Bold Move 3.3and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality launch of the Integrated Data hub

  • Developa streamlined and flexibleoperating model to ensureMedicalcontent iscuratedefficiently, reviewed, and incorporated tosupport the Comirnaty narrative

  • Translate stakeholder information needs into user stories,product backlog of features and discrete tasks,with concrete plans and timelines towards releases

  • Leverage Agileways-of-workingto deliver incremental releases of the Integrated Data Hub, by owning, maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog

  • Drive customer testing of product releases and tight integration of feedback into build design

  • Lead Comirnaty-specific initiatives to scope resource requirements and project plans for potential integration with largerPfizerProplatform

  • Collaborate and align with Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, IT, BAI and cross-functional Agile team members to ensure the Integrated Data Hub plans work in synergy with brand objectives

  • Coordinate with Business Analytics and Insights (BAI) on the design and implementation of HCP market research to gain customer insights and monitor HCP performance trackers

  • Evaluate financial impact of product design decisions and manage all projects within allocated budget, as applicable

  • Conduct allresponsibilities in accordance with Company policies, with a strong adherence to our Values including compliance


  • BA or BS required

  • 10+ years of experiences required; 7+ years ofMarketing and/or Digital experience required

  • Demonstrated ability to understand highly technical, scientific and medical information

  • Demonstrated Digital acumen and know-how

  • Develops innovative ideas and fosters a culture of collaboration and teamwork across functional teams

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical and project management skills

  • Ability to influence and collaborate with peers and oversee and guide the work of others to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact


  • MBA or advanced degree preferred

  • Previous background in building innovativeDigital products highly preferred

  • Preference for vaccines experienceandMedicalexperience

  • Experience working in an Agile environment

  • Familiarity with US healthcare landscape including HCPs, medical groups/integrated delivery networkspreferred

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
