Overview:
The Leadership and Learning team focuses on growing great leaders and developing the critical skills that support the business. The Analyst, Leadership Development Programs will support key leadership development and learning priorities, enabling colleagues to grow as leaders through best-in-class learning and development experiences. This candidate will support data analysis and insights, metrics tracking, vendor management, risk and compliance activities, and other key leadership development and learning priorities.
This position requires the ability to deliver high quality work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to support our colleagues’ development. Successful candidates will be results-driven and adaptable to change, while being able to manage competing priorities within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead data analyses to support key leadership development processes and develop insights to inform strategic planning and continuous improvement
Support ongoing metrics tracking and reporting to senior leadership
Support contracting, invoicing, and other key elements of ongoing vendor management
Complete key risk and compliance activities, in partnership with the Director, Leadership Development Programs and Risk, Privacy, and Compliance teams to ensure strong governance
Support key leadership development and learning priorities, including resource and communications creation, program delivery support, and key processes
Enable our leadership development strategy and approach through key strategic projects
Experience:
1-3 years’ work experience
Demonstrated ability to apply analytical skills to draw insights and make data‐driven recommendations
Highly detail oriented
Demonstrated project management and planning skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; ability to balance competing priorities
Strong communication skills
Resourceful and self-starting with a desire and ability to learn quickly
Results driven, takes initiative and applies creative problem solving to deliver strong outcomes
Strong collaboration and relationship building skills across stakeholders to drive results
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
Qualifications
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
