Lead, Strategic Marketing and Growth Initiatives

What does a successful Lead: Strategic Marketing and Growth Initiatives do at Fiserv?

As a successful Lead: Strategic Marketing and Growth Initiatives, you will ensure Fiserv Issuer Solutions maintains strong and consistent brand and value proposition while also building client trust through more proactive client communications. You will target some of the most critical business priorities as Fiserv drives to increase client satisfaction and enable operational excellence.

What you will do:

You will be responsible for designing and executing internal and external marketing and growth initiatives and creating go-to-market strategies/value propositions for credit processing business and products across client segments.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and lead creative sales enablement and growth initiatives from targeted client campaigns.

• Design and facilitate a series of white glove client events with top clients to boost relationships and sales opportunities.

• Expand brand footprint by increasing industry presence in thought leadership, enhancing website content and positioning and running targeted webinar programs.

• Support Head of Issuer Processing in major internal communications and engagement initiatives.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or any business-related field.

• 5+ years’ experience in marketing and/or communications.

• 4+ years' project management experience.

• 3+ years experience with creating and presenting PowerPoint slides.

• Master’s degree in marketing, communications or any business-related field.

• Experience developing messaging for complex products or services.

• Experience in the financial services industry.

Salary Range:

$129,400 - 195,800.00
