The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.

The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.

The Prospect & Key Platforms team, within USCM, oversees prospect marketing across proprietary digital and direct channels and manages U.S. Consumer’s digital demand generation ecosystem.

The Reporting & Insights Manager will be responsible for overseeing channel performance and deriving insights from results to help co-create strategy. This manager will be a member of the Prospect & Key Platforms Leadership Team and will support efforts to foster growth across the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Create transparency & standardization of the end-to-end conversion funnel reporting for Prospect Channels & Key Platforms

  • Ongoing oversight of channel performance, connecting demand indicators through conversion performance, aggregating commentary and headlines for the team & senior leadership

  • Project manage the co-creation of strategic leadership presentations

  • Partner across Marketing Strategy, Investment Services, Analytics, and channel teams on strategic business planning, scorecard performance, and monthly R&Os

  • Manage ongoing facilitation of colleague engagement, career development, and recognition

  • Conduct one-off strategic or analytical requests, as needed

  • Serve as a culture carrier across the organization

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Have a love for numbers & Microsoft Excel with comfortability building data-driven narratives

  • Effective and strategic communicator across all levels

  • Self-starter with an ability to navigate the organization and processes independently

  • Highly organized with ability to demonstrate keen attention to detail, resourcefulness, and a proactive project management mindset

  • Ability to link strategic priorities to targets and performance indicators

  • Energized by fast-paced working environment and opportunity to wear many hats

  • Ability to engage professionally/maintain positive attitude in a nimble environment

Qualifications

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefits
