It begins with a Card Member using an American Express Card at one of our millions of proprietary Merchants around the world – then processing that transaction and getting the merchant paid is up to us. The Merchant Platforms & Capabilities (ACD) Products team is at the heart of the proprietary transaction process. 

‘Amex Offers’ is a proprietary digital advertising platform that enables its merchant partners to create targeted offers and reach desired consumers. The Manager – Amex Offers Product Management will be responsible for leading the digital transformation of Amex Offers, including the modernization of Offer sourcing, creation, review, and invoicing platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Amex Offers digital transformation as an Agile Product Owner, collaborating closely with Technology teams across the Software Development Lifecycle to modernize Offer sourcing, creation, review, and invoicing platforms

  • Collect and synthesize customer feedback and user metrics to inform the Product strategy, roadmap, and development of new Amex Offers capabilities

  • Champion collaboration with partner teams across the Amex Offers ecosystem, includingBusiness, Design, Marketing, Operations, Servicing, Compliance and Project Management

  • Define and monitor product metrics and KPIs to measure success

  • Support Go-to-Market activities for new Amex Offers capabilities, including international approval processes, user trainings, and collateral creation

  • Evangelize Amex Offers transformation with leadership and key stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of digital product management experience working in lean and scalable teams

  • Demonstrated ability to self-start, carve opportunities out of ambiguity and operate with a high degree of independence

  • Experience translating customer data, insights and feedback into informed product strategy and roadmap

  • Aptitude for user experience and technology with the ability to speak fluently across data science, design and engineering

  • Experience with user onboarding and go-to market is preferred

  • Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and SAFe, as well as fluency with Rally Software & Confluence is preferred

  • Experience working on B2B / Merchant facing digital products is preferred

Qualifications

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
