Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in payment solutions for Small, Medium (SME) and Global and Large (G&L) enterprises. The Corporate Solutions team within Global Commercial Products is responsible for developing and managing a suite of corporate payment and spend enablement solutions uniquely differentiated through innovative benefits, features and partnerships underpinned by seamless digital experiences.
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to drive the evolution of our corporate travel payments product, the Business Travel Account. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product gaps and deliver incremental enhancements that improve the customer experience while supporting strategic analysis to inform product direction. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of travel payments in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
As the corporate payments ecosystem rapidly evolves, we are committed to maintaining our leadership position. Managed within the Corporate & B2B Product Management (CBPM) organization, the Business Travel Account is a critical payment solution for our most valuable corporate customers. Our BTA product team spearheads the creation of best-in-class manged travel spend experiences and capabilities meeting the evolving needs of US G&L and International GCG customers. This is an exciting time to join the team with double-digit growth momentum and a top-level commercial focus on delivering results for BTA in 2025.

How will you make an impact in this role?
Optimize product operations: Enhance internal processes across fundamentals (e.g. Servicing, CFR), improve efficiency, controls and enable seamless delivery of product enhancements
Deliver new product features: Work closely with product development, and business teams to define, prioritize, and launch features that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Support strategic analysis: Leverage data and market insights to assess product performance, identify opportunities, and influence decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in product management preferred: Proven track record in influencing or delivering business-centric products, ideally in payments, fintech, or corporate travel.
Excellent communication & storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives that align stakeholders, drive decision-making, and articulate product vision clearly. Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong stakeholder management: Effective project planning and collaboration with risk, controls, legal, product development, and commercial business teams, as well as external partners.
Analytical and data-driven mindset: Ability to interpret data, conduct business analysis including processes, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of corporate travel payments & workflows: Familiarity with travel booking systems, expense management, and payment reconciliation to provide deeper insights and recommendations.
End-to-end product delivery experience: Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, from defining requirements and analyzing data, to overseeing execution and measuring impact.
Qualifications
Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefits
