American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading provider of payments for corporations and businesses of all sizes globally. The US SME (Small Medium Enterprise) segment is the largest opportunity for growth in GCS and a key area of strategic focus and investment. The US SME Customer Marketing team deepens relationships with existing customers by offering powerful backing and financial support to Small & Middle Market businesses through the US SME distribution system (digital, phone & field sales).
The Senior Analyst, Digital Customer Marketing, will support the Senior Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies designed to nurture business accounts, generate leads, and drive engagement with our Sales/Account Development teams. This role involves complex campaign execution, quantitative analysis, and a deep understanding of how marketing capabilities can drive efficiency. This individual will collaborate closely with a variety of partners across the organization, including Sales, Analytics, Technology and Product. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a transformational strategy for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Fully lead end-to-end campaign execution, in partnership with numerous teams inclusive of advertising agency partners, sales, compliance, product, and technology.
Manage all tracking and reporting for campaigns, including partnering with analytics teams for measurement readouts and sharing reporting updates with sales leadership teams.
Proactively craft data-driven recommendations to optimize existing digital campaigns, or test into new areas/channels.
Keep pulse on digital marketing, email and omni-channel trends and standard processes to champion a modern, relevant experience for B2B customers.
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years of relevant work experience (Digital Marketing, Analytics/Reporting, Sales Enablement, and/or Lead Generation)
Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and derive insights
Comfortable searching for opportunities in white space
Comfortable speaking/presenting to large audiences
Superior attention to detail to ensure end to end flawless execution
Ability to build relationships and partner with numerous cross-functional teams
Proactive contributor, with ability to operate autonomously
Proficient in MS PowerPoint/Excel (Salesforce MarketingCloud a plus)
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Qualifications
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
