Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading payments provider for businesses and corporations of all sizes. The US Small Business segment is the largest GCS customer segment with strong growth momentum, which continues to be a key area of investment and focus for our company.

The Prospect Offer Strategy team is looking for an energized, data-driven strategic marketer to join our team. This person will support E2E acquisition offer strategy across all US SME Prospect products and channels. This includes developing and implementing compelling, efficient offer strategies across our proprietary products and channels. This individual should have a strong interest in cross-channel and go-to-market strategy, be naturally curious in innovation and testing, and be excited by the challenge of building a comprehensive process from the ground up. This role provides significant opportunity to influence and drive scalable results and gain exposure to internal partner teams and leaders across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a process for intake, prioritization, and trade-offs for acquisition offers within the GCS prospecting ecosystem.

  • Partner with cross functional teams including Marketing (GCSM & CMS), Product, Analytics, Technology, Finance, Compliance and Campaign Execution to deliver ground-breaking offer experiences at scale to achieve acquisition objectives.

  • Set, maintain, and circulate critical offer tracking mechanisms including comprehensive offer calendar, project roadmaps, competitive tracking, and cross channel offer-tagging to inform downstream reporting.

  • Support offer performance analysis and results collection to inform plan; develop deep understanding of performance indicators across channels and make offer recommendations based on findings.

  • Serve in critical project management capacity across all prospect marketing; overseeing planning, execution, launch, and post-launch responsibilities of high-profile offer initiatives and business priorities.

  • Drive process efficiencies and collaborate with partners across the enterprise to streamline workflows, standardize processes, and improve overall speed-to-market.

  • Lead internal communications and serve as the point for updates, strategic decisions, partner concerns, execution issues, and leadership updates at all levels.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Diverse marketing skills with expertise building and implementing plans from the ground up, including analytics, research, segmentation, creative, data, capabilities, and measurement.

  • Natural team player who operates well in highly collaborative and fast-paced environment where many teams and levels rely on your leadership.

  • Strong planning skills to track, handle and coordinate progress of multiple work streams across multiple teams.

  • Proven communication skills and ability to communicate plans you organize candidly and clearly through partner forums, presentations, emails, etc.

  • Ability to quickly establish credibility with a variety of project partners, and experience pitching in on ad-hoc needs to bring a fact-based point of view and influence or finalize decisions.

  • Solution-driven attitude with confidence coming to the table with innovative options on how to solve a problem.

  • Bachelors Degree with an interest in marketing

  • Proficient in Microsoft suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of digital marketing experience preferred

  • Strong quantitative skills and familiarity interpreting and synthesizing large data sets

  • Project management experience preferred and consistent track record of positively collaborating with partners

Qualifications

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
