How will you make an impact in this role?

The Senior Manager, BLOC Portfolio Strategy , will manage the strategy and ongoing health of our Business Line Of Credit product to profitably grow engagement and lend behavior while continuing to innovate how we design, engage, and deepen our non-card lending relationships. They will define product line strategies along with developing and implementing the tactics we will use to increase customer engagement. A successful candidate will have a passion for and ability to design and manage product constructs and monitoring the efficacy of their performance. They will be highly analytical problem solver who can develop and execute winning strategies while influencing a variety of stakeholders.

Specific responsibilities include :

• Developing and bringing to life tactics to optimize product line strategy and portfolio performance, while driving best-in-class economics, risk management and customer experience.

• Collaborating closely with marketing, risk, and analytics, among other functions on customer strategies and identifying opportunities to increase customer engagement

• Serve as BLOC lending thought leader and product champion for partners

Minimum Qualifications

• Product management, consulting background or relevant experience

• Strategic thinker with a strong customer focus and desire to understand and relate to small business owner needs

• Ability to influence and lead projects across band levels and cross-functional teams and align internal partners who have varying priorities

• Demonstrates a growth mindset that embraces change and is adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Ability to collect and analyze data/insights to drive impactful strategies

• Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to present to senior leadership

• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and project management skills

• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree

• Excel or SQL

Qualifications

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
