The ideal candidate will be:
Meticulous marketer who has a deep understanding of both the needs of Middle Market customers and the needs of Sales and Account Development teams.
Lead the sales content strategy tied to enterprise wide strategic initiatives and manage a content calendar inclusive of required updates for a robust content library of over 150 core client facing assets.
Develop companion conversation guides for new presentations and lead the charge for the Managed Customer Marketing team on product refresh content.
In addition, this role will oversee one direct report, a band 30 Sr. Analyst.
Lead the development, execution, and tracking of a best-in-class sales content marketing plan to sell-in prospects and build/deepen client relationships. Includes but not limited to 1-pagers, info graphics, pitch decks, videos, case studies, dynamic data.
Develop a score card of against the 150 pieces in the team’s asset library by using existing performance reporting
Become a subject matter expert in marketing compliance submissions for field collateral and support retention creatives as well
Advance a new collateral update capability within our collateral repository to drive efficiency
Lead bi-weekly sales champion forums for voice of the customer input on in-progress workstreams – consolidate feedback and recommend actions
Oversee development of a monthly newsletter featuring new marketing launches for SME and create a comprehensive communication strategy to reinforce new and existing collateral
Collaborate with colleagues across SME, Product Management, Brand, GMNS, Capabilities, Data Management and Insights, etc. on various strategies when applicable
Lead one direct report to manage marketing operations process and marketing collateral development
Leverage collateral reporting dashboard to create criteria for content renewals vs. decommissions
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor-Degree is required
5 years of experience in marketing, content creation and/or sales enablement
Demonstrated thought leadership and interest in innovation
A passion for creating engaging customer content to support our brand
Superior project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives with many partners at all band levels
Demonstrated people leadership skills, ability to work through others
Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, is adaptable and able to understand and navigate through a broad range of business complexities
Ability to influence, present and collaborate across teams, leaders, and business units
Creative eye, with a passion for designing visually compelling and effective marketing assets in partnership with creative agencies
Results oriented - history of exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment
Analytical problem solver with the ability to quantify and leverage data to inform strategy
Superior written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Enthusiasm helping growing businesses and sense of humor is a must!

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefits
