Senior Product Manager

What does a successful Senior Product Manager do at Fiserv?

You will be joining the BentoBox team, which is part of the Restaurant Solutions division of Fiserv. Your work will focus on building Core Infrastructure to the BentoBox Platform to deliver a seamless restaurant experience dedicated to accelerating growth and helping restaurants thrive. BentoBox empowers modern restaurants to build their online presence, diversify revenue, engage with diners, and increase operational efficiency. To do so, the platform includes products such as websites, ordering (online ordering, pre-order & catering, gift cards, merchandise, tickets), events management, and marketing tools.

Over 14,000 restaurants worldwide rely on BentoBox as their digital front door. BentoBox is trusted and loved by hospitality groups such as José Andrés’s ThinkFoodGroup and Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group and independent restaurants including Emmy Squared, Suerte, and The Meatball Shop.

What you will do:

This Senior Product Manager will manage and deploy a dedicated team of Engineers, Designers, and Product Operations associates to ensure both restaurant operators and restaurant guests have an exceptional experience interacting with BentoBox products. This is a high-leverage role that will have a significant impact on our ability to deliver value to restaurants and will require partnership stakeholders throughout BentoBox and our parent company, Fiserv.

  • Shape and define the product’s roadmap through fact-based decision-making

  • Collaborate with Product Design to prototype and test new user experiences

  • Drive customer research to identify pain points and collect usability feedback

  • Lead agile development ceremonies with your embedded and dedicated engineering and product design teams

  • Make smart decisions based on product metrics and data

  • Track and communicate product plans, trade-offs, and results to a wide range of audiences

What you will need to have:

  • 6+ years of experience with product management

  • 6+ years of successful experience managing and shipping software with a focus on software onboarding & activation

  • 6+ years of demonstrated passion for creating experiences for restaurants

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience

What would be great to have:

  • Experience working in a restaurant/hospitality industry

  • Informed opinions on the future of the dining experience

  • Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Indicative, Metabase)

  • Great analytical skills and familiarity with digital KPIs and analytics tools

  • Clear and impactful communication style and skills

Salary Range

$110,700.00 - $189,700.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
