The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.

The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.

The Delta Co-Brand Marketing team focuses on the growth and innovation of Acquisition and Customer marketing in both Delta and Amex Channels. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Sr. Analyst to join our team of impactful channel marketers. This Sr. Analyst will work across the Acquisition/Customer marketing teams and Co-Brand Product Development teams to support strategic data and capabilities initiatives. It is an exciting opportunity to deliver high priority capability projects that scale and optimize our Cobrand marketing engine to deliver significant business impact and value.

How will you be successful in this role?

  • Support the strategy and planning for the Delta Co-Brand Data & Capabilities Roadmap in close partnership with Delta’s Digital tech and Marketing teams.Focus areas include Partner API integrations, Targeting and Airport Face-to-Face capabilities.

  • For prioritized initiatives, work with Co-Brand Customer and Acquisition Marketing team to gain alignment on scope of work, high-level business requirements, and key partner decisions prior to tech engagement.

  • Partner closely with Product Development, Delta, and Marketing Partners throughout tech Discovery, Solutioning, and Development to deliver projects flawlessly.

  • Support the team in establishing value to complexity model for assessing capability opportunities across Co-Brand through in-take form and established prioritization process.

  • Document and effectively track towards capability project plans: meeting deadlines, working with partners, raising risk concerns, and successfully completing projects.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years in a Marketing or Business Analyst role, or similar

  • Ability to understand and communicate complex projects and tech requirements.

  • Passion for understanding the needs of our customers and those of our partner’s customers to create best-in-class experiences across the travel ribbon.

  • Problem-solving mentality

  • Financial acuity and knowledge of MS Excel

  • Develops high-quality presentations to effectively communicate learnings with key partners

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams and projects simultaneously with many partners

  • Teammate who can communicate effectively and build strong cross functional relationships

Qualifications

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
