The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. Sr. Analyst Consumer Savings Product Management

The Consumer Banking Organization’s mission is to become essential to Members lives by providing Everyday Banking products with unparalleled value, service, and convenience while also serving as a key source of funding for the Company.

The Senior Analyst, Savings Product Management, will be an essential part of the team responsible for the Acquisition and Onboarding experience, Servicing Communications and Strategy, management of the P&L and value prop for our High Yield Savings and Certificate of Deposit products. This role is focused on managing core aspects of the portfolio strategy, contributing and leading product enhancements and features, and ongoing monitoring across our portfolio to enable product optimization and customer experience improvements. This person will play a key role within the team by collaborating with a diverse set of partner teams to inform and influence product roadmaps and advance the Savings agenda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strong cross-functional relationships with key team members to influence strategies and deliver outstanding customer experiences

  • Partner with Analytics and Product Development to define key success metrics to monitor product and feature performance

  • Understand key P&L drivers to develop portfolio strategy and optimize portfolio performance

  • Collaborate with core business functions (Servicing, Fraud, etc.) to identify and document insights to improve the customer experience

  • Implement critical portfolio initiatives in collaboration with partners with thoroughness, attention to detail and best in class controls

Minimum Qualifications

  • Resourceful, strategic thinker with analytical and creative problem-solving mentality

  • Strong project management skills and ability to balance multiple projects and priorities with minimal direction

  • Ability to proactively identify areas of opportunity and drive results

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and influencing skills with the ability to work with partners across different functions and communicate with all levels of colleagues

  • Comfortable working in more sophisticated technical and regulatory environments

  • Positive “roll-up your sleeves” attitude and “start-up” mentality with the flexibility to adapt as organization grows and evolves

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience

Qualifications

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
