Global Treasury is looking for a Vice President, Control Management to lead a diverse team of high-performing professionals focused on ensuring control management is embedded in the day-to-day operations of our organization. It will involve extensive collaboration with multiple partners across the business unit, functional areas, and geographies.

In addition to assisting Treasury leaders with defining/implementing Risk Control Self Assessments, this critical leadership role will be responsible for evolving and extending Global Treasury’s solid foundation of operational risk management and ensuring compliance with programs such as Third-Party Risk Management, Business Continuity Management and Model Governance.

The Vice President, Global Treasury Control Management will:

  • Develop a comprehensive risk management vision and roadmap for the Global Treasury organization

  • Create and maintain a clear responsibility/engagement model for Global Treasury’s risk/compliance program

  • Partner across the Global Treasury organization to assist teams in identifying operational risk events and issues & maintain an organization risk/issue register

  • Collaborate with leaders to assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies and test plans ensuring consistency across the organization

  • Develop & evaluate control standards based on defined criteria to improve performance measurement and control automation

  • Define, implement, monitor, and report key risk indicators & compliance metrics to the Treasury Leadership Team

  • Provide risk guidance for large scale Global Treasury change management efforts

  • Ensure the Global Treasury Organization has the right practices/guardrails in place for the evolving non-model tool space

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 Years experience in the financial services industry with experience in Treasury Management or adjacent financial discipline (operational experience preferable)

  • Background in risk management or base level experience with concepts and application of risk frameworks

  • Experience working and partnering with oversight or second/third line of defense teams

  • Experience in process governance including management policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards

  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact and obtain buy-in from senior Finance counterparts

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively

  • Persuasive communication, presentation, and writing skills

  • Demonstrated history and ability to build consensus, influence business partners, and drive change

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Mgmt., or related field; advanced degrees (e.g.,) or certifications are advantageous

Qualifications

Salary Range: $185,000.00 to $260,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
