Enterprise Data Governance & Platforms (EDGP) is part of the larger Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions (EDDS) organization. EDGP improves the customer experience and drives business growth through robust enterprise-wide data policies and governance and enabling a data-driven culture, while developing digital and data platforms that provide insightful customer relationships and allow users to leverage enterprise-wide data capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

Seeking an Associate – Digital Product Operations for the Lumi Program Delivery and Use Case Enablement team within the Enterprise Data Platform organization. You will build relationships and work across multiple teams and organizations to work with EDP product teams, customers and key stakeholders to provide a terrific Lumi customer enablement experience across the major enterprise data platforms. What would your responsibilities be in this role? You will . . .

  • Support Lumi PMO and platform enhancements by working across the solutions management and product teams to drive positive results

  • Collaborate with EDP product teams, customers and key stakeholders to deliver Lumi capabilities that improve the overall experience for our big data customers and teams

  • Lead discussions to build capability roadmaps with the EDP product and Tech teams

  • Actively drive communication and sharing sessions with EDP teams and leaders (PI planning, milestones, etc.)

  • Drive communication for EDP leadership and team members by systematically tracking and reporting key metrics in a easy to understand manner (Lumi program tracking, risks, mitigation plans, etc.)

  • Conduct meetings that encourage teamwork while driving effective corrective actions and prioritizing necessary process enhancements to improve performance and availability

  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and enthusiasm in developing elite Enterprise Data Platform services

  • Utilize and define operational standards, requirements, and associated documentation – ensure all processes are clear and auditable

  • Champion an external perspective in delivering solutions via a deep understanding of the external landscape; inspire and infuse external perspective across workstreams to modernize the platform

Qualification Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in Project Management or Data Operations Management with proven track record in managing projects, data analysis, and meeting key deadlines

  • Experience with creating executive reporting that drive decisions and action

  • Ambitious with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to present strategies to leaders and drive decision-making

  • Proficient using PowerPoint, Excel, Confluence, Jira, and Tableau

  • Data Driven: Responsible for gathering and using data and analytics to deliver great customer experiences

  • Measure and Learn: Maintain metrics and key performance indicators to ensure project milestones are being met

  • Partner and Collaborate: Work closely with engineering, data, analytics and product management teams to deliver results

  • Shows a genuine personal dedication to successfully completing all projects with an ability to learn rapidly and adapt quickly to changing situations

  • Confirmed history influencing and getting results for enterprise-level projects

  • Aptitude to develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external partners

  • Confidence and the ability to handle ambiguity, multiple tasks, shifting priorities and set schedule to meet deliverables (works with a positive attitude, is ultra organized, is flexible, and can prioritize tasks)

  • Strategic thinker, who is able to combine technical skills with overall business strategy to creatively resolve complex problems in a dynamic environment

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team

  • High Standards — You take pride in your work and are highly accountable

Qualifications

Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually bonus benefits
