Within GCS, the Small Business Marketing Team is responsible for acquisition and customer engagement marketing for all Small Business Charge, Proprietary Lending and Co-Brand cards.
The Senior Analyst for the Prospect Proprietary Digital Application Experience will play a pivotal role in the success of our digital acquisition channels. This role will work cross functionally across various partner teams including Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions, Product, Risk and Consumer Marketing as well as serving as a digital and application subject matter expert for the digital team.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsibilities:
Be the digital expert for the proprietary channel including: test & learn, data strategy, and applications
Introduce new prospect experiences and capabilities to the proprietary channels
Drive forward project implementation in partnership with the consumer business unit and technology/product teams, including defining business requirements and managing testing and new product launches/refreshes
Help develop and maintain our digital roadmap to drive growth in acquisition
Manage marketing, legal and compliance approvals for marketing and servicing assets
Lead reporting and financial analysis for acquisition and engagement within the Digital Apps channel
Minimum Qualifications:
1-3 years direct marketing and/or project management experience; experience within acquisition is preferred
A successful candidate for this role should be able to work with multiple partners in a fast-paced, fluid environment and consistently drive results
Strong relationship building skills and a proven ability to drive results through proactive collaboration with key partners & stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and a bias to action are a must for this role
Detail-oriented, analytical, outcomes focused marketer
Effective presentation and communication skills
Advanced skills in Excel required; strong MS Word/PowerPoint skills; experience with digital analytics platforms such as Omniture is a plus
Qualifications
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
