How will you make an impact in this role?

The US SME Sales Enablement Organization focuses on accelerating commercial business growth through training, tools and insights to provide a best-in-class customer experience and create a culture of doing it the right way.

Sales Ops & Governance Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team and spearhead the development of a comprehensive framework to address performance gaps across various US SME channels.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can bring in efficiencies and effectively partner with key stakeholders, including the SME Sales and AD leadership team and CEG

This is a brand-new role which is pivotal in driving commercial business growth by developing and implementing a robust framework to address performance gaps tailored to various US SME channels – a great opportunity at B35 level!

The candidate must be a thought leader who can highlight trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance business decision-making processes, while working very closely with Sales, Marketing, Capabilities, Technology, and Analytics teams to drive growth in the sales organization. This role will own the relationship with the US SME General Manager and senior leaders within US SME, SPT, and CEG

This role will support the development and implementation of analytical solutions, dashboards & reporting to provide consultative support to the GCS leadership team & ensure proper controls are in place for the performance improvement process.

By fostering strong partnerships with key stakeholders and leveraging analytical solutions, the role enhances business decision-making processes and identifies opportunities for growth

This is a people leader role with 2 direct reports

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a robust framework to address performance gaps tailored to the needs of different US SME channels.

  • Identify and integrate strategic efficiencies within the performance improvement framework to enhance overall effectiveness and achieve organizational goals.

  • Foster strong partnerships with relevant stakeholders, including the SME Sales and AD organization and CEG, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of PIPs

  • Apply analytical thinking to diagnose business needs and to establish analytical hypothesis and solutions

  • Drive alignment among customers and key partners; write compelling messages addressed to various audiences/levels within the organization

  • Find opportunities to strengthen business performance; demonstrate learning agility

  • High level of accountability and ability to address ambiguous challenges; adaptable to evolving priorities and rapid change

  • Challenge status quo, innovate, and harbor strong curiosity.

  • Lead sophisticated work streams, and to work across departmental boundaries and deliver a diverse set of initiatives that result in impactful outcomes

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in a quantitative field (e.g., Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Engineering)

  • Ability to cultivate relationships and partner with multiple collaborators, with superb interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to drive project deliverables to achieve business results

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Strong communication (both written & verbal) and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently with complex, unstructured initiatives

  • Self-starter who thrives in an evolving, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of independently developing novel analytical solutions optimizing business processes

  • Hands-on analytics experience with understanding of data processing and model validation. Ability to address performance issues and to manipulate both structured and unstructured data

Technical Requirements

  • Good Programming skills: SQL, Excel/VBA

  • Knowledge of SAS, Java, Hive, Pig, Python, SQL is a plus

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office – PowerPoint, Excel

Qualifications

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
