The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day work systems and tasks to support the business. Should be well-versed in technical office tools and software applications, calendar management, and coordinating travel and business meetings for leadership team. Supports the business by proactively managing projects and enabling other team members to do their jobs. Responsible for light HR Administrator duties as a key r esource for company policies, processes and HR systems. Must be professional and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.

Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and interface well with all levels of the organization. Proactively alert manager to any issues, pending decisions or emails, and actions needed. Must be highly proficient in administrative duties such as calendar management, global and domestic travel arrangements, visa applications, global expense reporting and AMEX reconciliation.
Technology -- Has exceptionally strong proven technical and computer skills: proficient in O365, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Workday, Teams and WebEx. Must possess the ability and passion to learn new technologies.
Leadership -- Needs to be self-motivated and be a self-starter, able to function and make decisions independently, manage day-to-day office operations, have strong organization and follow-through skills, and ability to prioritize the workload. Focus on the highest priorities; re-focus and re-prioritize as situations change. Responds well to feedback and direction. Demonstrated strong track record of maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
Communications/Teamwork -- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Must have strong interpersonal skills to work with various organization leaders, disciplines, and functional leaders. Communicates effectively and collaboratively works with all levels of the organization across all regions and cultures. Continues to build networking with the other Administrators and viewed as a resource and partner to others.

Know whom to engage with to address a situation – across levels – in helping the VP and HR leader with various business and organization matters. Finds solutions with minimal direction.
