Job Description

The Environmental Technician position will manage Hazardous waste and Nonhazardous waste areas, collect water samples and waste samples, perform environmental inspections, prepare and administer forms, perform environmental recordkeeping, respond to environmental incidents, investigate and identify nonconformances, review environmental procedures, assist in pollution and spill prevention at the facility site and act as a correspondent for employees and contractors for environmental compliance matters.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

2 years with relative experience or education in Hazardous waste disposal or other environmental training.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Experience in Hazardous waste disposal or other environmental training is preferred.

Wastewater Treatment operators or experience in wastewater treatment is a plus.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $41200 - $65900

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
