As a Project Manager, you will:
Lead a team through proposal development of various programs in a manner to create a winning solution for the US Government and BAE Systems
Execute programs and lead the required team through all aspects of execution from proposal, commissioning, and turn over to production
Assume responsibility for Risk/Opportunity identification, assessment, mitigation, and tracking
Manage meetings, assists the senior program manager in upper management meetings and in customer briefings/presentations
Monitor and report on the program in the following project management areas: project integration, scope management, time management (schedules), cost management, quality management, communications management, construction progress/construction monitoring, customer relations management, project reporting
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Experience with project planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling processes
Ability to manage and report project schedules and budgets
Ability to represent the team and deliver status reports to internal and external leadership
Experience creating proposals and estimates
Microsoft Office proficient
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent organizational and follow through skills
Detail oriented
Adapt to high volume workload
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Master's Degree and 7 years of experience
A certification in Project Management from an industry-recognized organization such as the Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management Professional (PMP), and/or Program Management Professional (PgMP)
Earned Value Management experience
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $105254 - $178931
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
