As Demand & Orders Technician II, you will perform a variety of activities using SAP/MACH1, Microsoft Excel, and other software programs. You will be responsible for Production Order Management (Create, Serialize, and Release) for Prime Product. You will maintain and update the NLR Line Load Sheet and issue re-sequences as needed. You will run compliance reports for Past Due Orders and Inventory Grief (914 and FGS storage locations). You will have responsibility for Tracking all Serial Plates and Media Kits as well as procuring Media kits for FTO (Finish to Order) units. You will create and track various Supply Chain Metrics and develop action plans to help improve overall Facility Performance. You will support SOX control guidelines by providing proper past due order documentation when audited. This position will be the primary back up for Outbound Prime Product Shipping as well as other projects and initiatives as directed.

Basic Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Supply Chain, Assembly, Fabrication, Paint or Logistics is a plus

  • SAP experience is highly desired

  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, organization, and communication skills

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel

Top Candidates will also have

  • Logistics or Supply Chain Experience

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Previous SAP experience

  • Intermediate level of computer proficiency

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to wear personal protective gear correctly while on the shop floor

  • Ability to sit regularly

  • Ability to use fingers to operate a computer

Additional Information

Shift: 1st Shift - Full Time

Hours: M-F, 7AM – 3PM

Starting pay rate: $18.25

Work location: North Little Rock, AR
